Dwarfs.
That might be my first instinct when confronted with the phrase, "Seven ______."
Seven Dwarfs.
I could probably even name them if I think hard and put extreme pressure on my cerebral cortex and hippocampus, but that’s not the direction I’m choosing right now.
I want to stay on the number 7.
Dopey. Sleepy. Doc. That’s just my brain chattering . . . but I digress. I’ll go on.
WHAT'S YOUR LUCKY NUMBER?
Interestingly, in research where people were asked what their lucky number is, more than 45% said 7. That’s kind of amazing since the question asked didn’t even specific “a single digit number.”
Why would nearly half of humans living in the 21st century choose the number 7, and what does this have to do with you losing fat and boosting metabolism?
Stay with me. Seven’s an amazing number.
Mysticism, esotericism, and mainstream religion alike attach a great deal of meaning to the number 7.
There are Seven Deadly Sins.
There are seven Hebrew words in the first sentence of the Old Testament. You know, the one about God creating everything.
Seven Chakras.
Seven musical notes (do, re, mi, fa, so, la, ti) upon which we can create infinite musical works
Seven primary colors of the rainbow from which we can create an infinite array of visuals.
Hmmm. Seven does seem to have some significance that transcends Snow White’s pals.
Let’s move away from the spiritual and mystical for a moment and simply look at the material tangible Earth we live upon.

If we leave the ground for a moment, but stay with the physical plane, we’d find there are seven astrological bodies that are visible to us, at times from earth, with the naked eye. They’re referred to as The Seven Luminaries, namely, the sun, the moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn.
I’ll step back in time for a moment to a time where I constructed a highly effective fail-proof system for helping reveal a lean, fit, body. The program was titled TRANSFORM and the process was 17 weeks.
