Refund & Participation Policy

For decades, my work was known for an unconditional money-back guarantee beginning in 1995 with my TRANSFORM book and programs and my extended Personal Fitness Training services.
That policy reflected the nature of what I offered at the time: physical programs, live training, in-person coaching, and tangible materials where participation and effort were clearly visible.
Today, much of my work is delivered through virtual education, guided experiences, and digital libraries. While the format has changed, the intention has not:
Real engagement. Real application. Real transformation.
Because of the changes in product fulfillment and service deliverables, my current policy is designed to be fair, humane, and aligned with results — not impulse.
How Participation-Based Refunds Work
All programs are created to be used, not merely accessed.
Refund requests are considered when a participant has engaged with the program in good faith and can demonstrate participation, which may include:

Accessing and engaging with the core materials

Completing any applicable pre-program assessment or intake

Following the recommended starting steps

Participating in a scheduled consult, orientation, or support session (when included)

Completing a post-program assessment or check-in when applicable
If, after genuine participation, someone feels they did not receive the value or outcomes they reasonably expected, I’m open to reviewing the situation and resolving it fairly.
Regarding Non-Engagement
Programs that are purchased but not accessed or meaningfully engaged with are not eligible for refunds.
Upon purchase, immediate access is granted to the full digital library, intellectual property, and supporting materials. Because access itself delivers value, refunds are not based solely on timing, availability, or readiness.
That said, there is no expiration, pressure, or requirement to “keep up.”
Participants are welcome to begin slowly and return to the materials when their circumstances allow.
Support Before Refunds
If someone feels overwhelmed, uncertain where to begin, or unsure how the program fits into their life, support is available.
In many cases, clarity — not cancellation — is what’s actually needed.
My team and I are always willing to help participants understand what they have access to and how to engage in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.

My goal has always been "Human Betterment," and my focus has been and reamins "deliver more value than people expect." The value is in the power to change delivered by the programs and materials, and the applicaiton of "the Principles" is the key to thrilling outcomes.
My focus has always been real people, real engagement, and real change.
This policy exists not to withhold value, but to ensure that commitment, effort, and transformation remain aligned — for everyone involved.
