The Day Skepticism Gave Way to Healing Power

A true story of two strangers, a sacred number, and the moment that changed everything.

I’m about to conduct a live event (online) that will truly release people from confusion, dependence, and varied levels of physical and/or emotional pain.

I promise this 90-minute live event, will set attendees free from pharmaceutical bondage, from long frustrations with medicine, and from unnecessary "fixable" physical compromise. 

It’s called the  Power of 11 – The Healing Code, and . . . it’s different. 

That difference may create doubt, even disregard, as its so far outside the lines of “conventional medicine.”

Listen . . . I know how those who are “locked in” to the medical paradigm, those who, per their doctor's orders are committed to standing in line at the pharmacy can feel stuck.  I completely understand how those good people relying upon monthly refills that nnever seem to "fix" the real concern, can be dismissive of energetic practices or even the power of prayer.

I really do understand.

I know how in the days before social media and Ai, we collectively believed what we saw with our own eyes, and we accepted science as a mix of what we learned in school and what we were told “research had proven.”  

If you're sick, you go to the doctor, and the trust is implicit and absolute, and the re may have been a time that was sensible.

Unfortunately, 21st century humans come with their dismissive predispositions and imposed skepticism, and with that mind-programming, the wisdom of Socrates, Hippocrates, and the ancients gets buried in a mass-avalanche of agenda-based information (much of it miles from truth).

My own experience has thankfully led me to ask a vitally important "what if" question.

WHAT IF THE DOCTOR WAS WRONG? 

What if, when you were told the "condition" was for life, or that the ideal next step is medication, the doctor was operating from a flawed paradigm?

That question led me down a wild road of new insights and uncovering of hidden truths, and today, I, a fitness guy who found his way into the field of medical fitness, share a blend of good old-fashioned wisdom and . . . revelations that turn medicine on its ear!

The Outcome? 

People "heal.”  

They get better, without drugs.  

They renew, regenerate, and come out biologically better simply by realizing their own power. 

So today, I write not as a mystic, but as a fitness guy who wandered far enough into the field of healing to find what medicine has forgotten: the body’s own power to restore itself.

What follows is a story — a true one.

A day in 2008 that sent my own skepticism reeling.
A day when I first became intrigued by the possibility that there is something mystical, magical, or perhaps even biblical about the number 11 and the power it brings. 

 ✦ The Moment of Alignment

I was sitting outside a Whole Foods one afternoon in 2008 when I noticed a woman at the next table glancing at me. After a few awkward exchanges of eye contact, I smiled and asked,
“Do we know each other?”

Her reply came calmly, as if she’d rehearsed it for eons.
“Not yet — in this lifetime.”

I laughed, but she didn’t. Her tone was soft, sincere. “You have a distinctive light,” she said. “Are you a healer?”

At that time, I owned a health club, worked as a personal trainer, and was a regular voice in media. I helped people transform their bodies — but I had never once thought of myself as a healer.

She asked if she could sit with me. I hesitated, but her presence was disarming.  I  don't remember saying yes, at least not verbally, but she very comfortably joined me.

 Once re-seated, she seemed to eyeball me up and down, then pulled a small pad from her purse and asked for my birth date.

After a few scribbles she smiled, satisfied.

“I knew it,” she said. “You’re a nine.”

At first, I didn’t know whether to be flattered or offended. But she explained — not a rating, not a score — a vibration. She described traits that sounded both general and strangely personal.  In fact, one or two of the traits were . . . well . . . let's say she  "nailed it."  There was a chill moment.

Then she paused, grabbed a black Sharpie and wrote “7–4” in big bold print on a business card..

“These,” she said as she handed me the card, “are your soul numbers.”

Her name was Kristina.  The card read Holistic Healer and Reader. 

I flipped it over again for one more glance.

I thanked her, pocketed the card, and went about my otherwise uneventful day — or so I thought.

What happened next made sure I’d never forget her.

About a hundred yards away, I stopped into a Barnes & Noble. I planned to check email, but every table was taken. As I scanned the café, a man in a blue sweatshirt caught my attention — printed across his chest were the same digits: 7–4.

I froze. Then, almost laughing at the absurdity, I walked over.
“Sorry to interrupt,” I said. “Can I ask — what does the ‘7–4’ on your shirt mean?”

He set his book down, removed his glasses, and studied me.
“Why do you ask?”

I pulled out Kristina’s card.
“Someone just gave me this.”

His eyes changed. The casual reader became the rabbi.
“What letter of the alphabet is the seventh?” he asked.
“G.”
“And the fourth?”
“D.”
He nodded. “In Jewish texts, we never write the full Name. We write G–D.”

He opened the book in front of him. “This is the Chumash, the Hebrew Bible.”
He pointed to Genesis 1:1.

“Count the words.”

I did.

“Seven.”  He nodded.

“Now count the letters.”

I counted.

“Twenty-eight.”

He smiled.

“Twenty-eight divided by seven is four. Seven and four. The pattern of creation.”

My skepticism fell silent.

“This 7–4 connection,” he said, “carries mystical significance — it’s a code of creation, a code of healing.”

I never saw either of them again, but that night, lying in bed, I replayed it all:

I looked at the clock.
It read 11:11.

✦ The Code Revealed

I share this so you’ll understand — I didn’t pull the number 11 out of a mystical hat or throw a dart at a chart of numerology. What I discovered that day — and in the years that followed — is that 11 is one of a small set of numbers that hold profound meaning within both sacred geometry and human healing.

In my work, these numbers have revealed themselves again and again as patterns of balance, alignment, and life force:
1, 3, 4, 7, 10, 11, and 42.

Of all of them, 11 stands apart.
It is the bridge — the flow between dualities, the mirror between heaven and earth, the code that shows how two energies become one.
