It usually starts with aching joints.
“My knees hurt when I get out of the car after a long drive.”
“My shoulders and elbows ache when I put the grocery bags in the trunk.”
“My hands hurt when I make my juice in the morning and I’m really stiff when I get out of bed”
These insidious clues to a progressing arthritic condition aren’t usually cause for alarm, but the disease is progressive and as more joints become affected or pain and stiffness worsen, the search for solutions leads to medical diagnosis, and while arthritis is thought of as both commonly manageable, conventional medicine, including docs at Johns Hopkins, Mayo Clinic, and Cleveland Clinic will perpetuate the belief that the condition isn’t curable.
That doesn’t mean the prognosis is dismal. It just means their approach is to manage the condition using means such as medications, therapies, and treatments that may mitigate...
For years I started my seminars with two words.
Nothing works.
It’s true.
If the goal involves improvement in health, metabolism, function, or performance, nothing works . . . in and of itself.
The key to achieving betterment through exercise and lifestyle is Synergy, the synergistic relationship between what you eat, what you do, what you think, and how you operate within the social, chemical, and natural environment.
It’s the flawed idea that suggests “a thing” will fix Lyme Disease, chronic fatigue, obesity, diabetes, chronic pain, injury, or hypothyroidism that leads to polarization and ultimately flawed attempts.
"I ate a blueberry and I got COVID anyway! Antioxidants don't work!"
Clearly that would be an absurd assumption, a false conclusion. "The thing" doesn't singlehandedly do the job.
Flawed attempts result in false conclusions. I can give you thousands of examples. Such as . . .
"I tried losing...
People hear of a “new product” or a “scientific discovery” in the context of purported “miracle” and the buzzing begins.
Such has been the case with NAD (NAD+, NADH).
The buzz leads to the emergence of evangelists armed with nothing more than a catch phrase.
“NAD is great for anti-aging.”
And from said catch phrase, sellers of supplementceuticals find revenues and new profitability as long as they can ride the wave of intrigue and mystery.
I’d like to provide a bit of baseline clarity about this intriguing compound as the research continues to unfold.
Let’s begin with this.
We don’t really want “anti-aging.”
Chronological aging represents longevity and we all want long lives. So while we understand the intention, anti-aging refers not to fighting chronological continuance, but rather to combatting biological breakdown.
We want our lives to move forward, not as an invitation for...
“We’ve seen the best in people, and we’ve seen the worst.”
Over the course of centuries, that quote has been uttered by generals, politicians, philosophers, and leaders in times of crisis. Societal disruption (such as a pandemic) allows for people to reveal themselves at their deepest levels.
Far be it from me to judge who’s good and who may be on the naughty list, but there are extremes being played out daily in the residual chaos spilling forth from 2020.
We can bestow endless praise upon health care workers and find their tireless hearts representative of the good mankind is capable of. On the other end of the spectrum are those who capitalize on the weak and vulnerable to pursue personal profit and gain.
What prompted me to write this now?
As a long-time consumer advocate, I keep an eye on FTC claims, frauds related to health, fitness, and weight loss, and scams that perpetuate the awareness and bank accounts of those...

After years of research, study, and application, we’re seeing clear evidence of “re-genesis,” of human bodies generating new biologically younger cells.
Stop.
Think about what I just said.
You can get younger.
That, my friend, is powerful.
At the end of this article I'll invite you to join me as my guest in a webinar appropriately titled, "Younger." It's presented LIVE, Monday, April 25, at 7 PM Eastern. If you have any interest in rediscovering your best, you don't want to miss this event. You can use the link at the bottom, or, you can just REGISTER FOR FREE NOW.
Let’s now begin with clarity so nothing I’m about to share seems like hype or exaggeration. From the days of Ponce DeLeon’s exploration seeking the Fountain of Youth, men and women have fantasized...
